Our services revolve around providing a non-custodial wallet that integrates various blockchain-based solutions, enabling users to manage their assets seamlessly. These solutions include cryptocurrency transactions, token exchanges, and other decentralized finance features. The platform is designed to be user-friendly, catering to individuals with varying levels of experience in blockchain technology.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Services.

Wallet Creation and Security

To use FOHLE Wallet Services, you are required to create a non-custodial wallet. FOHLE Finance leverages an account abstraction provider, allowing you to manage your wallet without directly handling private keys or recovery phrases. Instead, wallet access is secured using modern authentication methods such as linked accounts (e.g., Google, Apple), email, SMS, passkeys, or other secure login credentials.

When accessing your wallet on a new device, you must log in using the same authentication method you chose during wallet creation. FOHLE Finance does not store your credentials and cannot provide recovery services for lost access.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information and ensuring its confidentiality. FOHLE Finance will never ask for your credentials, and we strongly advise against sharing them with anyone. The security of your wallet and digital assets depends on following best practices to protect your authentication methods.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our Services are the property of FOHLE Finance or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Services in any manner that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.

Risk Disclosure
Interacting with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies involves significant risks, including the potential for loss of capital, volatile market price swings, and regulatory uncertainty.
